Our Incident Response Team is consistently monitoring worldwide health conditions and adjusting company policies accordingly. Implementing the guidelines provided by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC), we’ve rolled out sanitation measures and preventative hygiene practices in each of our facilities.
Masks are provided and required in all Taylor facilities.
Employees are to maintain at least 6 feet of distance whenever possible.
Both hand sanitizer and soap and water are readily available.
Cleaning and disinfection of high traffic areas has been escalated.

Taylor Technology Center & Plant Locations
We have temporarily suspended customer visits to Taylor offices and facilities ― including our Technology Center ― unless those visits are absolutely necessary to support work deemed essential to the fight against COVID-19. In accordance with the latest CDC guidelines, all employees and guests entering Taylor facilities are strongly encouraged to wear face masks. Please contact your Taylor account representative for more information about this important guideline, or to discuss how the visit may be accomplished via electronic means instead. We are committed to delivering exceptional service throughout the COVID-19 emergency while also ensuring the safety of our customers, employees and the communities we serve.
Inventory & Alternate Suppliers
Often, business continuity depends on our trusted suppliers. Many of our products are dual-sourced, and we’ve set up alternate suppliers to circumvent any delays or shortages. We are closely monitoring supplier status to ensure they can continue to meet delivery dates, and we are increasing inventory buffers where applicable.
At the present time, we are not experiencing any delays in lead times across the vast majority of our product categories. Taylor’s geographic dispersion of its national print production network ensures the ability to move work from plant to plant as needed.
